How much does rent start at, and what is included in the rent?
Currently, our rent starts at $2,099. Parking is included in the rent.
What amenities are included in the apartments and throughout the community?
Amenities are all included in the rent but to reserve the community lounge there is a fee of $150 with 3 hour minimum.
Are your apartments pet-friendly? What are the pet policies, fees, and amenities?
Yes we are pet-friendly. Deposit for all pets are $500. For Cat rent it is $50 and dog rent will be $75. We do have a breed restriction.
What lease terms are available? Do you offer short-term leases?
We offer lease terms of 12 months.

How do I apply for an apartment? What are the application requirements and fees?
You can apply online. Application fee is $55
Is parking available for residents and guests?
Yes there is parking for guests.
What utilities are included, and which are the resident's responsibility?
Utilities are not included in the rent. Tenant are responsible for electric, water, sewage, trash and gas.

Community is secured with fob key access and a butterflymx intercom
